Ty Perryman
Founder/ CEO
With over 30 years in the restaurant industry, Ty Perryman isn’t just a business owner, she’s a true advocate for the heart and soul of local kitchens.
Born and raised in Texas, Ty built her career from the ground up, gaining firsthand experience in every corner of the restaurant world. She’s seen the passion, the pressure, and the behind-the-scenes reality that most people never get to witness. And through it all, one thing became clear too many incredible small restaurants and ghost kitchens struggle, not because of their food, but because they lack the exposure and support they deserve.
That’s where her mission began.
As the founder of Amorae Delights LLC, Ty created a platform designed to uplift and empower local food businesses. Through Local Catering Menu, Best Bargains Around, and her catering brands Hawg N Stew and Amorae Delights Nut N Dipping, she is building more than businesses, she’s building opportunity.
Ty’s passion is simple but powerful:
Help small restaurants get seen, get orders, and grow.
What makes her journey even more meaningful is her “why.” Inspired by her grandchildren—the Amorae Kids. Ty is creating something that not only supports today’s businesses but builds a legacy for the future.
At 54, she’s just getting started.
Because to Ty, this isn’t just business it’s personal.
And when local restaurants succeed, entire communities thrive.
