Restaurant Opening Checklist
Start every operating day with clear expectations for exterior appearance, guest areas, equipment, food safety, staffing, and manager verification.

Customize the document for your business and make the verification process part of every opening shift.
Customize
Remove items that do not apply and add location-specific requirements.
Assign
Identify which employee or manager is responsible for each area.
